Due to growth related issues, the company has retained us to help them fill a Regional Sales Manager position to cover their West Coast territory. Preferably they would like someone located in California but would be open to having this position be home-based elsewhere with travel to the West Coast. This position will be responsible for municipal sales of their product lines that include dewatering equipment such as centrifuges, belt presses, filter presses and screw presses. It will have responsibility to deal with new and existing customer relationships and to grow the territory.
What we are looking for is someone with a successful track record working in industrial sales. Certainly experience with equipment, such as belt presses, filter presses and screw presses selling into the food industry would be preferred. They are looking at someone with a degree preferably chemical, but more importantly someone that has experience selling into the municipal sector.
